Rick's Plan of Attack

As Mayor, I will cut through bureaucracy, fix what’s broken, and protect what makes Cape Coral special. Residents are fed up with red tape, rising fees, overdevelopment, and slow infrastructure. My priorities are clear: cut waste, streamline government, restore transparency and accountability, fix infrastructure first, and keep taxes flat.

We will put residents ahead of special interests and make decisions openly, with common sense and full council accountability. As a military veteran with 32+ years of service, I deliver results - not excuses. Cape Coral deserves leadership that works.

I will Lead with Honor.
